haiz.. monday had fun training.. hahaha.. but injured my knee dun noe why also.. haiz.. love training.. but hate it when i cannot run.. haiz.. today went bbq with NPU ppl.. go there also never eat much.. haiz.. prefer mac over bbq food..hahaha.. no choice got to eat becuz we pay for it.. lol.. but some of the food there nice lahz.. hahaha.. thanks to those hu cook for us and able to see this
