haiz... today went frisbee.. so sianz... injured myself and felt so pissed off by someone comment... he shouted to me: "jun kai, get the fuking in cut!".. so pissed off lahz.. i was a "wing" and end up i had to cut for mids? so wat the lahz.. den cut liao den strike raph after tat move back heard the same thing den got to cut again.. this time strike jasmine.. den she not happy.. god damn it.. next time i wun play wing le.. since someone wan me to cut like never cut be4 i be mid better lahz... cut till fully like never cut be4.. knee pain due to a bang.. haiz.. now i totally no mood le.. sleep time for me bahz.. pissed!

lol.. combined posts for 3 days cuz monday to wed i am onli free today.. hahaha.. monday went to training.. so fun becuz onli play go to and box drill.. hahaha.. after tat match.. so sianz... lost to ivan team.. damn it.. i let TJ score.. haiz.. so freaking bored.. and Elbon injured my leg.. damn it.. tuesday still need go NTU challenge de.. so freaking sianz.. reach home at abt 10+ on monday.. wash up and watch tv and psp till 2plus.. den on tuesday go school.. and well prepared to play with NTU.. lol.. ended up we kana trash.. the second team onli score 1 point.. so damn freaking bored.. it so sianz lahz.. bob always calls his line without me.. onli hechen will feel that i am existing.. as hechen and bob is the "caller" of the line... haiz.. ytd was damn sux.. i am unable to run fully and jump fully... damn it.. after the game.. it was already 10+ at night. so rush home after tat.. reach home at 12am.. so sux... den today was suppose to meet my jiejie to go out de.. ended up she wan me to accompany her to put tattoo.. damn sianz.. she wan me sit there 4 hour to rot.. haiz.. so ended up never go and went home to sleep after IS becuz i was too fuking tired after the NTU match..

yo! i am back once again to update my blog.. today was a fun day as i get to go training with my new boots and ended up i kana bite by it... the strange thing is it onli bite my left leg.. so damn it lahz.. ouch.. it hurts when i run.. ended up i play barefooted... hahaha.. so freaking hot lahz the ground.. but to me it's still ok.. hahaha.. hechen tried it for 1 point den he cannot take it le.. hahaha.. today had no lunch break becuz of hz.. he sae something and make us ended up with no lunch break.. haiz.. after that ate dinner at KFC.. hahaha.. so nice.. 1 month without fried food le.. today ate KFC damn shiok.. hahaha.. den we keep shooting hz abt him being Chunli... so power.. hahaha.. ended up all of us there laugh till our jaw cramp.. hahaha... so freaking tired now.. sleeping time! hahaha... nights to all readers...

hahaha... monday was fun training as we are able to run and damn it... i got a strange feeling of puking that day.. damn it lahz.. so sux.. make me unable to run that well.. so sianz.. after drinking 100plus i went to puke.. omfg.. that sux.. hahaha after puking, i still have the puking feeling.. untill julia told me to eat sweet... thanks for the help julia.. if u bother reading my blog.. den tuesday went pick up.. damn it.. it sux.. i cannot run with slippers nor can i run with barefoot... not use to the ground there.. den today IS sux... the teacher so boring.. boring till i got time to cre8 pokemon card.. hahaha.. after IS i went to queensway to buy boots.. yahooo... found my ideal boots... the 1st boots that attracted me was damn expensive lahz.. it cost 239dollars.. so wth.. but it is damn nice.. after that my current boots caught my attention.. it is damn nice.. and i love it.. and the weird thing is such a nice boots cost onli 80dollars.. so cheap.. hahaha.. below is the picture of my boots...

sat training was shiok!! i love it.. i dun noe why i suddenly have tons of energy to spare during sat.. can sae i am pump with energy.. so shiok.. can keep running non-stop.. but will onli feel thirsty nia.. so fun... sucicde was not a problem for me.. i still think it is nothing.. maybe i gone nuts on that day.. i juz feel like running and sprinting all the time.. so weird right.. haiz.. full power up... hahaha.. maybe that was my real strenght which i never really shown but i really felt damn shiok.. hahaha.. after training we went to celebrate jasmine bdae.. went to ajisen.. lol.. aaron mango soda was tasteless so weird.. all our drink was tasty.. and we enjoy it.. hahaha... after that we went home... so fun...

wohoooooo!!!!!!!!!!! today damn shiok... went to frisbee play till abit better den be4... den got my revenge on weixun.. i win him!!!! wohoo!!!! so shiok... hahaha.. but in frisbee it is impossible to win em lahz... hahaha.. today training was short... onli till 2pm.. so wat the.. i wan more training!!! den can improve.. haiz.. i rather choose PT+TRAINING than school lor.. frisbee so fun... haiz.. tat's all for the day...

hahaha... ytd went to pool with aaron,oxy,china,ivan,raph,jasmine,andrew and yossi.. so damn fun.. lost to china and aaron and oxy.. so sianz.. i was off form till like hell.. wat happen to me i also dun noe.. juz couldn't get my feel back.. after tat we went to eat.. damn forget i got to go and celebrate my bro bdae.. and ended up i got to eat 2 time dinner.. hahaha.. den the most unhappy thing is my mum and dad give my bro 50dollars... so unfair out of no reason he get 100dollars... during my bdae also dun have so good lahz.. damn... was damn pissed off at that moment.. after that went home and did nothing.. so sianz... i wish my bdae will come soon.. hahaha.. today went out a while and meet favian to pass him the money for ernest's bdae present.. hahaha... he sae i look darker.. i think i should apply sunblock next time when i go frisbee le.. or else i will become darker.. k that's all for the day...

today was GHS and we had to wake up early to go there.. hahaha.. woke up at 4 but cannot go back to sleep den went to meet enna to go woodland den meet up with des and chu yi... hahaha... went to sengkang hahahah... we went to throw and help out to buy water... so sianz... hahahaha... lol... today was a fun day for me... i went for frisbee and it is damn fun.. i manage to survive the training without injuries and this is something amazing... and i really think it is great but i accidently hurt my ankle while chasing ivan as he is scoring a disc.. but it is fun lahz.. hahha... den we played the go to and mini box game damn fun.. hahaha.. but it is ok lehz.. hahaha... so shiok.. after that had a small snack at cheers with gab and andrew.. hahaha.. ate instant noodles for snack.. so sianz.. after tat went home, had a most unwanted incident..which i dun really wan to talk abt it.. damn scary.. and i was damn worried.. but lucky it is solved... so that's all i would sae..

$#%#%#!%#!%$@#%^$###@%... that is for the one hu wanted a 11 corn suicide de... wat the hell man.. that really sux.. it is tough to run and keep it a constant speed at for e last corn u cannot relax and u have to sprint ur 100% out on the last corn.. and we had to do 3 set of it.. so god damn mother F#@$... haiz.. but it was fun after that we do go to drill and also we do box drill.. box drill sux.. becuz we cannot do 40 catches consecutive.. wat the hell.. so sad.. but we was lucky not to run suicide.. again after lunch came back for training and we had match.. i played well i think but not too good.. haha.. and my old injuries had juz gotten back.. legs & hands all come back.. so damn pain.. got to endure it as tml(SAT) still got training hope i can survive through this whole training... haiz... y can't i get my mind off... haiz.. somehow i juz dun noe y.. missed her voice and missed her face... so damn sianz.. wishing for holidays to end.. hoping to see her and hearing her voice.. hahaha.. Gabz` went to genting.. so good.. wondering when will he be back.. cuz we have program for him... hahaha
