today was a fun day for me as there is frisbee.. hahaha.. go to drill hit 69 and den hit 164 so shiok right... hahaha.. dun noe why today got the feel to throw well sia.. hahaha.. after that we went to eat lunch at mac den me aaron wx went to watch Ninja Assassin before watching we went to aaron hse and play cards.. but everything goes well today.. seems so lucky as when we decided to leave aaron's hse, the rain stop den i randomly pick a bus number which will come went we reach the bus stop and the bus really come.. hahaha.. after tat aaron make a wild guess tat the 4th row of seat in front of us will be empty and it turns out to be tat way too.. so lucky.. if the number tat i decided to buy tml come out den i had nothing to sae le.. so freaking power!

hahaha... ytd was my 1st "fly".. damn shiok but also it hurts.. damn it.. fly but never get disc.. so sianz.. nvm it is something new and good for me as i never really dare to fly... hahaha.. today did housekeeping with my mum.. damn it.. all the hard thing i kena.. my brother get all e relax thing.. "chicken macnugget"!!! hahaha.. i should change to stop shouting vuglar le.. so weird.. came across this and hx tumble..

lol.. thursday was a tough training as we had PT den after PT den we go throw.. my hand was weak for the 1st few throws.. after a while it regain it's strenght and i am able to throw again.. but it was the worst go-to drill ever man.. we drop tons of discs.. damn and had to run like siao.. but running is good for me.. as i wan push myself.. but my leg juz couldn't pump out 100% damn it lahz.. haiz.. after tat we do mushroom.. finally i can throw some OK throws.. and i felt tat i need to train on my forehand throws... hahaha.. after tat had a match with SIM.. so bored.. when i am ready to all-out.. the disc wun flow... and when i wan to slack abit, i am the rabbit.. damn it.. the last point which i wan to be rabbit tat moment, damn the lights went off.. so sianz.. haiz.. friday was a better day.. but andrew dey all ps me.. dey didn't go play pool.. end up me and ZG go play.. as usual it is a draw..he win me 1 rd i win him 2 however he win me in snooker.. damn.. hahaha.. after tat i went back to class while he go off to meet his fren... k tat's all folks.. i gonna chiong my IS le

today was a fun day for me cuz got frisbee.. and had to run alot due to drop of disc... but have fun running beside aaron and desmond.. cuz dey run quite fast and this make my body pump more power to keep myself in par or tried to overtake em.. hahaha.. but sad to sae is that my old leg injuries is back.. causing me great pains.. so cannot run fully.. muz work hard in training...

today was a match with ACSI again.. lost to em again... damn.. it rains and the whole field was god damn freaking wet and muddy.. damn cannot move as normal but ppl can lay for free.. cuz it wun be painful.. but i didn't lay cuz no disc for me to lay.. hahaha.. save from the laying but not the god damn mud tat some ACSI idiot splash on my face becuz he wan to outrun me so he give the puddle of water near me a big and heavy step which causes the water to splash into my eyes.. damn it.. but i still catch up with him.. hahaha.. while chasing him, he splash mud on my face again.. damn.. making me pissed off and charge to him at full speed so i wun eat the "shit" and ended up dey drop it and i give him eat my "SHIT" damn shiok.. and we score! but still lose... nvm.. it is a good learning experience... will train harder next time

lol... monday training was so sux.. nothing much to do.. so sianz.. but my right ankle is injured due to a "100%" sprint to fence.. den thursday more shiok... chionging and playing ard is damn fun.. but my left leg hurts again... so sianz... haiz... i gonna die of tiredness...

yahoo... sat has good weather.. so fun.. able to train alot.. run like hell.. that's something good and fun... i like it.. but abit tiring to run the same thing.. so freaking sianz.. but i dun mind lahz... hahaha.. reach home at abt 7plus.. den sleep at 8+ till the next day 8+ in the morning

sianz... it's have been raining this few days... monday and thursday had pt for frisbee training.. so sux.. injured my ankle on thursday.. so freaking sux.. hate the feeling.. hahaha.. no choice.. hahahaha... tuesday also never really had pick up.. all this while missed playing match... now hoping and looking forward to sat..

yo.. friday was a sian day.. did nothing and went home early.. ended up sleeping damn early too.. sat when to frisbee thing.. had lots of fun... after tat we brought a $2 dollar present for mh.. hahahaha... he dun like our present cuz we brought it for fun... den after tat went to sentosa to have fun... ppl went to to throw but i went there to draw.. hahaha.. here is the picture i draw...
