oh well.. training is fun and exciting.. hahaha.. even though my left hand hurts everytime i pan-cake the disc.. haiz.. be4 that gt poetry class which make me sad and down.. as i think of my dead grandfather.. at that very moment i got the urge to let out my tears as it is really heartbreaking for me.. haiz.. i still not able to move on in life and deep in my heart i am still stuck at that moment when he is alive and cheering me up when i am down...
